GEKYUME
Procurement Package v1.0
Synthetic-Data Sandbox

Institutional Pre-Execution Control Plane

Gekyume does not replace a bank's fraud, AML, sanctions, identity, entitlement, model-risk, core-banking, or payment systems. It governs the final boundary between those systems and financial consequence.

Decision law

PERMIT

Every configured authoritative pre-execution control proves release eligibility.

HOLD

State is stale, incomplete, contradictory, or requires requalification.

REJECT

A definitive institutional policy or control breach is present.

Verified institutional challenge

Authorized payment PERMIT
Transaction limit breach REJECT
Authority failure REJECT
Sanctions match REJECT
Stale instruction HOLD
Duplicate payment REJECT
AI/control contradiction HOLD

All procurement challenges are synthetic and report NOT_SUBMITTED_PROCUREMENT_SANDBOX. No settlement connector is present.

Security and evidence

Dedicated least-privilege Lambda role. Encrypted durable receipt store with point-in-time recovery. Multi-region CloudTrail with log validation. GuardDuty and Security Hub enabled. X-Ray/API metrics/Lambda logs/CloudWatch alarms. Active procurement Lambda contains no embedded control secret. Private institutional API is rate-limited and requires an issued API key.

Model and AI governance

AI is never unilateral release authority. Model output is treated as one governed input. A disagreement between a model recommendation and authoritative bank control facts produces HOLD, preserving the institution's control hierarchy.

Data boundary

The procurement sandbox accepts synthetic data only. Requests explicitly marked as live customer data are rejected. Production integrations are institution-specific and do not become active until the bank defines the authorized data, policy, identity, entitlement, and settlement boundaries.

Procurement posture

This package is ready for bank architecture, technology-risk, security, model/control-risk, vendor-risk, compliance, procurement, and pilot evaluation. It does not falsely claim a third-party certification or a bank's approval. Independent SOC 2/ISO/penetration-test or similar assurance is supplied by qualified external assessors when required by the purchasing institution.

Regulatory alignment

Mapped to the 2026 Federal Reserve/OCC/FDIC risk-based model-risk principles, FFIEC architecture/infrastructure/operations expectations, and NIST AI risk-management concepts. These references inform the control vocabulary; Gekyume does not claim regulator endorsement.

One integration contract

Inputs: institution identity, transaction/control facts, institution policy, authoritative control dispositions, optional model output.
Output: PERMIT/HOLD/REJECT, bank-language reason, failed controls, policy fingerprint, transaction fingerprint, durable receipt ID/hash.
Consequence: procurement sandbox never submits settlement. A production consequence adapter is separately scoped and authorized by the institution.

Supreme Computation / Gekyume. Nothing consequential becomes real until the control state proves it belongs there.
